This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Wise Insurance Agency LLC (“Sponsor”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Official Rules and all terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 25 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Wise Insurance Agency LLC, LITTLE GASPARILLA ISLAND RENTALS PLACIDA FL LLC (d/b/a Peace On the River), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
2. Prize
The prize consists of a 5-day, 4-night stay at the property located at 1144 Hodent Road Arcadia Fl , owned by LITTLE GASPARILLA ISLAND RENTALS PLACIDA FL LLC (d/b/a Peace On the River). The stay will take place TBA based on the availability of current bookings. The prize includes accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests and 1 dog under 12 lbs. The winner must sign a renter agreement and abide by all rules of the property. Transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. Entry Period
The entry period begins on May 15th 2026 and ends December 15 2026 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must fill this form out: https://www.wiseinsllc.com/florida-home-and-auto-quotes-copy/ . Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to submit more than one entry per person will result in disqualification.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or Before January 15 2027 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. The winner will be notified by email or phone. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Acceptance of Prize
The winner must sign and return a renter agreement and any other required documentation, including a liability waiver and release form, within 2 days of notification. Failure to sign the required documents or abide by the terms and conditions of the property may result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Hold Harmless Agreement
By entering the Giveaway and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold harmless and release Wise Insurance Agency LLC, LITTLE GASPARILLA ISLAND RENTALS PLACIDA FL LLC (d/b/aPeace On the River), and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of the prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from the property, and any accidents or incidents occurring during the stay.
8. Additional Terms
- The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash or other value.
- The winner and all guests must comply with all property rules and policies. The property owner reserves the right to terminate the stay if rules are violated.
- The winner is responsible for any incidental costs, including but not limited to water taxi fees, meals, and any damages caused to the property during the stay.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Governing Law
This Giveaway and the Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising under this Giveaway or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
11. Privacy and Contact Agreement
By participating in the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and notifying the winner, in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By entering this contest, you acknowledge that you are providing your personal information to Wise Insurance Agency LLC and LITTLE GASPARILLA ISLAND RENTALS PLACIDA FL LLC (d/b/a Peace On the River). You agree to receive communications from both entities regarding contest updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information.
