1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Wise Insurance Agency, LLC, 1410 E. Georgia St., Bartow, FL 33830 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Florida, 28 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, or immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, or children) of Wise Insurance Agency, LLC or its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 10/27/2025 and ends on 03/23/2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
a. Standard Entry:
Complete the giveaway entry form found at https://www.wiseinsllc.com/florida-home-and-auto-quotes-copy/ during the Promotion Period.
b. Bonus Entries:
You can enter the giveaway and also earn additional entries by requesting a free, no-obligation insurance quote from Wise Insurance Agency during the Promotion Period. Each eligible quote request provides the number of additional entries stated in the promotional materials. Requesting a quote is optional and not required to enter or win.
All entries, including standard and bonus entries, must be submitted through the official link provided in the promotional materials. Limit one (1) standard entry per person and up to 20 bonus entries per home or auto quote request.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 5-day/4-night stay at 8868 Bay St., Placida, FL 33946, valued at approximately $1,200. The prize is nontransferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about . Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone, email, or text within five (5) business days of April 10, 2026. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity.
Participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Use of Prize and Rental Agreement
The winner agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and house rules outlined in the rental agreement for the vacation property provided as the prize. Failure to follow the rental rules or policies may result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation. The rental agreement will be provided to the winner prior to booking and must be signed and returned before the stay is confirmed.
Prize Scheduling and Availability
At the time of the drawing, the property owner, Little Gasparilla Island Rentals Placida FL LLC, will provide the available dates for the vacation stay. The winner must select from the dates provided. Travel dates are not negotiable, and the prize may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
If the winner does not have access to a personal boat, transportation can be arranged through a local water taxi service at the winner’s expense. Contact information for the water taxi will be provided upon prize confirmation. Please note, Little Gasparilla Island is only accessible by boat, and transportation to and from the island is not included in the prize.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical malfunctions. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Wise Insurance Agency, LLC and Little Gasparilla Island Rentals Placida FL LLC from any liability related to participation or prize acceptance.

10. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Polk County, Florida.
